GDPR: Data Protection Policy

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires that any organisation that collects, stores, processes and shares personal data about EU citizens must have permission to do so and that permission must come from the person to whom the data applies. It is also a requirement that each person should be aware of what specific data is being stored and how it is processed.

To effectively administer the membership of Carrickmines Croquet and Lawn Tennis Club (CCLTC) we need to collect, store, process and share certain personal data about each of our members.

The Consent Forms detail the personal data and its purpose. We have also introduced a new Data Protection Policy for the club which is available to download as well.
